Taking A Birds Eye View

The marketing of large properties using conventional photography does not always show the scale and some of the key details. When we were commissioned by Avison Young to produce marketing materials for four Sainsbury’s supermarket sites they asked for high level images and we recommend the use of drone photography. This method gave us the opportunity to present the properties from every angle and show them in context with the surrounding area. The adding of meaningful captions and graphics further enhanced the presentation displaying to prospective buyers the full potential of each property.
The final videos were available on a dedicated website which offered more details on each location.
A secure data room was built that allowed interested parties to register which gave them access to comprehensive information such as floor plans, CAD files, legal information, and reports.

A brochure for each location was produced which completed the marketing collateral giving our client a comprehensive suite of material to help support them in their marketing effort.
